The three Fulham players who have impressed Joachim Andersen ahead of Everton

Joachim Andersen has praised his defensive partner Tosin Adarabioyo ahead of the clash with Everton.

The duo both signed late in the transfer window and have shown plenty of promise in their time together so far with just a single goal conceded in the last two matches.

Anderson told the Fulham matchday programme: "Tosin has done really well in the first couple of games. It's exciting to play with him and I feel like we had a good partnership in the two games we played together.

"We could have had two clean sheets, but we were a little bit unlucky in the last game. I hope we can continue like this and help the team grow and the I'm sure we're going to get a lot of points in this league."

However, Andersen reserved some special praise for midfielders Tom Cairney and Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa. The latter has to settle for a place on the bench against Everton but the Denmark's international connection to the duo will be crucial as the season progresses.

Tom Cairney has been really good in these two games I've played and in training. I fell I have a good relationship already with him and also Frank.

Andersen said: "He's a top player. He's a machine in the midfield. He's winning so many balls and driving forward with it. I really like that. We have a good squad. We have so many good players with different qualities, but these two players have really stood out for me."
