Tesco has launched a Christmas voucher code that could cut the price of a festive shop by £25.
With just two weeks to go until Christmas the supermarket giant has revealed a code that gives new shoppers to the site £25 off when they spend £70 online.
The code is XXHTFL and can be found on the Tesco website. However, those who want to access the saving have to order by 18 December, according to the supermarket.
Bargain hunters on deals website HotUKDeals have already spotted a way to use the code to get cheap alcohol for Christmas including an incredible deal on premium vodka brand Grey Goose.
Grey Goose Vodka in 70cl bottles has been reduced from £39 to £35 on the Tesco website , a saving of £25. Other alcohol has also been reduced including 1L Jack Daniels whiskey down from £32 to £20 and Gordon's Premium Pink Gin down from £25 to £19.
By stacking the alcohol offers and entering the discount code at checkout shoppers can get an even bigger discount. One shopper on the site pointed out that using the code reduces the price of Grey Goose from £39 to a little over £16 per bottle when ordering three of the bottles.
The Christmas discount code is also available on Christmas food including beef roasting joints, lamb leg joints and other Christmas mains. The supermarket has reduced many of its mains to half price including a large beef roasing joint for £5.50 per kg, down from £11.
Tesco is not the first supermarket to offer a Christmas discount to customers. Shoppers at Iceland can use cashback to get £15 off their next Christmas shop.
