The Temple, Planet Peach and Alaska - photos from some of Glasgow's long lost nightclubs

If there's one thing the past year has done, it's make us nostalgic for the Glasgow nightlife scene of the 90's and 00's. We've found ourselves taking plenty of trip back and time and re-visiting some of the most popular spots folk used to head to on a night on the town.

Places such as 'The Sally Gunnell' aka The Tunnel, Archaos, The Arches, Clatty Pats and most recently The Velvet Rooms - each of them with their own place in Glasgow's clubbing history.

And now we thought we'd turn our attention to re-visit some other establishments that were dotted about the city centre which pulled in the punters who were out to paint the town the red.

Places that, while they might not enjoy the 'mythical' status enjoyed by the above spots, will still no doubt be fondly remembered by clubbers in the city.

Have a look at some of the photos we've dug out from places such as The Temple, Planet Peach, Strawberry Fields, Reds, Alaska, Babaza, Media, Slave and Q Bar & Club.

You might spot someone you know or indeed your good self if you were a regular at any of these places!
