To start off I would just like to say that I never thought any book would be so detailed yet so interesting at the same time. I think that Nicola Morgan has done a splendid job in portraying almost all the different types of stress there is and she gave amazing tips in the third section of this book which I think is the most helpful (especially the relaxation techniques).
The initial reason why I requested this book was due to the fact that I am a teenager and am going through some difficult times at the moment and this book really helped me understand that I am not alone and there are other teenagers just like me who probably have it even worse.
I also found this book extremely interesting due to the fact that it portrays so many types of stresses that it really made me wonder what it would be like to go through such horrible things. It also made me want to find out more about certain things such as transgender issues, cyber bullying and eating disorders. The two chapters that really helped me were the one about being in a relationship and the one about exams and school work. These were the two main problems I had but now I don't see them as problems as to me they are just challenges I need to get through in order to succeed.
This book was very motivational and I think every teenager should read it even if their lives are perfect because no one knows what anyone else could be dealing with and I think that is very important to know and understand. Therefore when you approach a new person you would know to be nice as you have no idea what goes on in their life.
