New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick seems to have an admirer in … the Ted Lasso Twitter account. Ted Lasso is a fictional TV show about an American football coach who takes over a premiere league soccer team. Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) is a lovable and often-clueless coach.
So it appears this Twitter account, while probably not controlled by Sudeikis, has taken on the voice of Lasso. In honor of “Say Something Nice Day,” the Lasso account asked for people to reply so he could dole out compliments. So the Patriots responded. That’s when the Lasso account decided to give a shoutout to Bill Belichick. Here’s how the exchange went.
