The Syndicate cast as series 4 starts with Joe Sugg and Kym Marsh

The Syndicate is returning to BBC One with a brand new story and a star-studded cast.

It includes former Coronation Street stars Katie McGlynn and Kym Marsh, Joe Sugg, who rose to fame on YouTube and got to the final of Strictly Come Dancing 2018, and more.

Kay Mellor's popular series will follow a group of young kennel workers who win the lottery and is set between Yorkshire and Monaco.

Describing the fourth season, Kay said: "They think they've won £500 to start with, which they're delighted with, but it then becomes apparent they might have won quite a bit more than that.

"The syndicate try to track down the shopkeeper who sold them the lottery ticket - and is now in Monaco - to find out what's gone wrong and why. It's a cat-and-mouse chase and nothing is as it seems."
