The Sunderland side fans wants to see against Burton Albion tonight

Sunderland fans want to see Phil Parkinson give youngster Benji Kimpioka his first League One start against Burton Albion tonight.

The young Swedish striker came off the bench to score a late equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Coventry City at the weekend.

And supporters are keen to see that performance rewarded with a start against Nigel Clough's Brewers.

We asked fans to pick their starting XI for tonight's game against Burton, with manager Parkinson still without several players through injury and suspension.

With Charlie Wyke and Marc McNulty both ruled out, Black Cats fans have gone for a strike pairing of Kimpioka and Will Grigg, despite the Northern Irishman's barren run.

They spearhead a 4-4-2 formation for the fans, with Luke O'Nien and Max Power in the midfield engine room, and Duncan Watmore and Aiden McGeady on the flanks, George Dobson is suspended.

Sunderland fans' XI vs Burton

Conor McLaughlin's return from suspension sees him come back in at right-back, while Jordan Willis will be fit to start, so it's no surprise to see him in the fans' team.
