Jing Jai Market, a community mall in Chiang Mai by Central Group, was recently transformed into a platform for graffiti and street artists to showcase their talents on the wall at Style Walls Thailand 2019, an international graffiti and street art festival in Thailand which just wrapped last Sunday.
Organised by Jing Jai Market in collaboration with Spray Brush, Spicydisc Music Production Studio, CentralPlaza Chiangmai Airport and CentralFestival Chiangmai, the three-days art event claimed the first-ever annual street art festival in the country. Activities included live painting by more than 100 established graffiti artists who turned empty walls into an active art space.
Pichai Chirathivat, executive director of Central Group, along with honorable guests and celebrities attended the festival to support the artists.
The list of street artists who participated in the event includes Alex Face, Mauy, BigDel and international artists such as Vance (China) plus many others. Special event activities included mini concert from Spicydisc's No One Else, Nap A Lean and Zom-Marie Eugenie Le Lay.
