The prestigious event has been in full swing since Tuesday and has once again seen thousands of fans pack out the venue during the course of the week.
It officially ends on Friday.
But Wales v Scotland is no longer being played after the WRU made an announcement confirming the fixture was off at 2pm on Friday.
However, tonight's Under-20s Six Nations match between Wales and Scotland in Colwyn Bay will go ahead, although it is set to be played behind closed doors.
A WRU statement read: Wales U20 Six Nations clash with Scotland at Stadiwm Zip World in Colwyn Bay tonight will now be played behind closed doors."
Non-league matches in the English football pyramid are also currently scheduled to go ahead.
What else could change?
UEFA have invited all 55 member associations to a video conference which will be held on Tuesday to determine whether or not Euro 2020 will go ahead.
At present, it seems highly unlikely that the tournament will go ahead as originally scheduled, if at all.
Wales were due to face Switzerland and Turkey in Azerbaijan before taking on Italy in Rome, with all three fixtures to be played in June.
And a significant number of others events could be hit too.
The Tokyo Olympic Games and Wimbledon are other major upcoming sporting events that could be impacted.
