The Spilt Milk Line Up Just Dropped Ft. Kendrick Lamar And Doechii & I’m Gooped & Gagged

This year, I am crying over spilt milk… crying absolute happy tears at how goddamn glorious the Spilt Milk line up is. After being cancelled in 2024, the festival is BACK and by the looks of this line up, stronger than ever.

Kicking off across Australia at the beginning of December, Spilt Milk is one of the country’s most beloved festivals. Despite a heap of festivals closing shop over the last couple of years, Spilt Milk seems to be going strong.

At the very tippity-top of the line-up is rap god Kendrick Lamar, bringing his Drake-diss-filled setlist Down Under. After the spectacular year Kendrick’s had, this is a pretty impeccable get. After all, the man performed at the Super Bowl and won a whopping five Grammys for “Not Like Us”.

Pretty impressive, no?

Fingers crossed he’ll bring out SZA and Australia can cop our very own version of The Grand National Tour Down Under.

Next up is the swamp princess of my heart, Doechii.

It’s no secret that 2024 and 2025 have seen Doechii’s star rise to new heights. Despite being released in August 2024, I feel like Doechii’s incredible album Alligator Bites Never Heal didn’t truly get its flowers until later on in the year.

Then, Doechii cemented her place in music history when she became the third Black woman to ever win Best Rap Album at the Grammys.

Iconic queen, for real.

Now, she’s cemented herself as one of the hardest rappers in the game and is making her way Down Under to prove that she really is the don, the dean, the supreme.

Need any more proof? Just check out her immaculate Grammy’s performance below.

If rap isn’t your thing, don’t fret, there are some other stellar acts for you, too. For the pop princesses, there’s Rebecca Black and Nessa Barret. For the electronic fans in the house, Sara Landry and Skin on Skin should have something for you.

If you want to get soulful and stare at a beautiful man on stage, Don West is your go-to guy.

For the indie kids, we’ve got Dominic Fike, Chance Peña and Sombr. So if you’re like me and can’t wait to cry listening to Sombr sing “Undressed”, then I’ll see you there.

Joining them will be Aussie acts Club Angel, Ennaria, Mia Wray, Ninajirachi, Rum Jungle and The Rions, just to name a few.

Spilt Milk 2025 consists of four shows:

  • Ballarat — Saturday, December 6
  • Perth — Sunday, December 7
  • Canberra — Saturday, December 13
  • Gold Coast — Sunday, December 14

Sydneysiders, take this as your sign to alert the group chat about a road trip to Canberra.
