FREDDIE WOODMAN 6
Atoned for his error by denying David Brooks having gifted possession to the Wales international in the first half. Despite Bournemouth's domination of the ball, Woodman was barely tested otherwise.
KYLE NAUGHTON - Star Man 8
Made plenty of tackles in what was yet another fine display from the experienced defender.
BEN CABANGO 8
Always on hand to clear the danger when needed and was an aerial threat in both boxes. Very good performance.
JOEL LATIBEAUDIERE 8
Making his first start for the Swans, the defender made so many vital interceptions and other defensive actions. Coped admirably with the threat of Dominic Solanke.
CONNOR ROBERTS 7
Did a lot of defensive work in the first half but got forward well in the second half. Tireless effort from the Welshman.
KOREY SMITH 7
Booked early on as the Cherries dominated. Made his fair share of interceptions though and did well to nullify Bournemouth's midfield.
MATT GRIMES 7
Did plenty of dirty work to stem the tide in the opening half. A tough old night in the middle of the park, but Grimes stood up to the task well.
JAKE BIDWELL 6
The condition of the pitch did little to help Bidwell in attack. He was defensively sound, mind.
YAN DHANDA 6
Always looked forward and tried his luck with a few speculative efforts from distance. Got into good positions after the restart, but failed to test Asmir Begovic. Replaced.
JAMAL LOWE 6
Back in the starting XI, Lowe was given precious little service but did reasonably well to win free-kicks and slow down play when needed. Subbed.
ANDRE AYEW 6
Barely threatened at the business end of the pitch in the first 45. Defensive work was as good as ever though, and he came to life in attack in the second half. Unable to make the decisive impact thought.
Subs
Kasey Palmer (for Dhanda) - Some good touches late on. 6
Viktor Gyokeres (for Lowe) - Didn't have much of an impact. 6
