So the results of the Sketchies, YouTube's comedy competition, are in. For the most part they are just as disappointing and unfunny as I had predicted.
To remind myself that there is real unsigned talent out there I turned to Game Jew. Game Jew is ostensibly a site devoted to lending a Jewish perspective to video game reviews. But it is actually a chance for presenter Jonathan Mann, the Game Jew in question, to dress up like Super Mario and wander around shopping malls and games conventions worrying innocent passersby while he answer the increasingly preposterous questions of his viewers. Like the brilliant Chris from Cute With Chris it is the weirdness of the premise that makes Jonathan so watchable.
