The six players Arsenal fans want the club to sell this summer

Arsenal are set for an interesting summer as Unai Emery looks to rebuild on a budget.

After missing out on a top four finish, it looks although players might have to depart the Emirates to make way for new additions as the Spaniard looks to refresh his squad.

Whilst we already know Aaron Ramsey is heading to Juventus and Danny Welbeck will also depart, there are several players still under contract who have been linked with the exit.

The results showed the Gunners are keen to see the back of Stephan Lichtsteiner, with less than 2% of fans wanting to see the defender stay.

It appears they are set to get their wish with the 35-year-old admitting he expects to leave the club in the summer despite having a year left on his two-year deal.

He is joined on the list of unwanted stars by Mohamed Elneny, Shkodran Mustafi, Carl Jenkinson, David Ospina and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Elneny and Jenkinson have also found games hard to come by, with just under 3% and 8% of fans respectively wanting them to stay.

Jenkinson has been a popular figure at the Emirates but it appears it might now be time for him to move on after struggling to make a major impression.

David Ospina has also not featured under Emery having spent the season out on loan at Napoli, and the emergence of Bernd Leno as No.1 means his days in north London look to be numbered as only 8.74% of fans want him to stay.

In contrast, Shkodran Mustafi has featured regularly this season in Arsenal's leaking defence, with a miserable run of form over the closing weeks of the season seeing only 3.16% of fans backing the error-strewn German to remain.

Mkhitaryan is still dividing some opinion, but only 10.66% see him as a part of their future plans as the Armenian has flattered to deceive as part of an increasingly potent Arsenal attack.
