Kevin Bacon, Quinta Brunson and Questlove will be among the guest stars in The Simpsons' 800th episode.
The milestone episode - which will air on Fox on 15 February - will be titled Irrational Treasure and sees the iconic animated family travel to Pennsylvania, and as a result, a number of famous faces from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh will be lending their voices to various characters.
Kevin - whose cameo in The Simpsons movie was famously edited out - will guest as a concierge, while Quinta will voice a character named Adrienne, and Questlove will play a tour guide.
In addition, three stars from medical drama The Pitt will also appear, with Noah Wyle voicing a doctor, Katherine LaNasa starring as a nurse and Taylor Dearden voicing an intern.
And that's not all because Boyz II Men will sing a new version of The Simpsons' opening serenade, and will provide a new version of the music which plays over the episode's closing credits.
The episode will draw inspiration from two adventure movies from the 2000s.
A logline for the programme reads: "Marge’s crusade to get the family dog in better shape leads to her entering Santa’s Little Helper in canine agility competitions and a trip to the National Dog Show in Philadelphia.
"There, Marge and Homer suddenly find themselves — and the dog — mixed up in a historical conspiracy adventure worthy of a National Treasure movie."
The 37th season of the long-running animated comedy series has featured a huge range of guest stars, including Lindsay Lohan, Viola Davis, Michael Keaton, Sir Idris Elba, Kieran Culkin, Kerry Washington, Julianne Moore, Brendan Gleeson, Domhnall Gleeson and Johnny Knoxville.
Mean Girls star Lindsay previously hailed her guest appearance in The Simpsons - as an older version of Maggie Simpson - a "dream come true".
Last month, she shared a still from the flash-forward episode and wrote: "Catch me on #TheSimpsons this Sunday on Fox! What a dream come true to be part of this iconic family.(sic)"
The 39-year-old star also shared a preview clip from the episode.
In the clip, an older Bart Simpson said: "I'm driving to school today. How am I gonna learn not to kill people if you don't let me practice?"
Maggie then shivered nervously and was about to speak before her mom, Marge Simpson, shushed her and said: "Maggie, Maggie, rest your voice! You're still getting over that laryngitis!"
But the youngster, voiced by Lindsay, then shouted: "Please don't let Bart drive! It's too scary! He drives so wiggly, and everybody honks at us and yells bad words and shows us fingers!"
Maggie typically only communicates with gestures, grunts and sucking sounds, which are usually voiced by Nancy Cartwright, who also provides the voice for Bart.
However, she has had dialogue in various episodes over the years which have typically featured flash-forwards, dream sequences and alternative reality.
Back in season two, Carol Kane voiced Maggie when she said, "It's your fault I can't talk!" in an episode titled Bart vs. Thanksgiving.
Other famous faces to have voiced Maggie in the past have included Jodie Foster, James Early Jones and Viola Davis.
In season four, Dame Elizabeth Taylor voiced one of the only moments that Maggie has spoken in a regular scene.
During Lisa's First Word, Maggie sat alone in her crib at the end of the episode and uttered the single word "Daddy".
