The Sex Clinic made a eye-opening return to screens tonight as a screaming man had a genital wart frozen.
Marco visited the doctors on the E4 show after finding a worrying lump in his foreskin.
The Italian was diagnosed with the STI by Dr Sarah Mulindwa, who explained it had been caused by unprotected sex and needed treatment.
She banned Marco from having sex for two weeks to stop the genital warts spreading then started his treatment by pouring liquid nitrogen on his penis.
Marco screamed in agony - and the other patients in the waiting room could hear his cries of pain.
Marco said: "Don't do unprotected sex guys. This is what happens."
Eventually, Dr Mulindwa had to stop because Marco was in so much pain during the procedure.
"This is like a nightmare," said Marco, who begged with the doctor to stop.
Marco was told to wash his penis in warm salty water and that he would have to come back in a week for more treatment.
He said: "She told me to not have sex for one week. I will definitely try my best to do as she said.
"Honestly I want to have sex tomorrow morning first thing when I wake up. But I won't."
The Sex Clinic viewers took to Twitter after watching the genital wart treatment.
One viewer said: "I just don’t understand why you would go on TV to have your genital warts treated"
"#TheSexClinic is RAW! Bloke having genital warts frozen off with liquid nitrogen is enough to put you off for life," added another.
A third said: "What a wimp! If only he knew what us women have to go through!"
