Seven Leeds restaurants have been included in the AA Restaurant Guide 2022.
The prestigious annual guide is one of the big three restaurant guides alongside the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide.
The 512-page guide, out now, awards its famous rosettes for quality restaurants.

One rosette is awarded to restaurants that 'stand out in their local area'.
The best restaurants in their local area get two rosettes.
Outstanding restaurants that 'demand national recognition well beyond their local area' receive three rosettes.
Four rosette restaurants are roughly on a par with Michelin starred restaurants. There is one Leeds restaurant to have achieved this distinction in the 2022 guide.
A five rosettes restaurant means it's the best in the world. It's roughly equivalent to two or three Michelin stars. There are no Leeds or indeed, Yorkshire restaurants in this category this year.
