Well-prepared candidates perform better at job interviews – fact. They are also more likely to leave a lasting first impression and be in a position to negotiate terms, should they get offered a job. During this highly informative masterclass, headhunter Philip Charsley will guide you through the surprisingly simple process almost every interview follows, regardless of the industry, job level or skills required.

During the course, you’ll learn the key components of face-to-face interviews, including how they are structured and the kinds of questions you will be asked. Then you’ll learn the main things that employers are looking out for, and how to ensure their expectations are met. Philip will discuss everything from how to use the STAR approach to respond to questions, to how to align yourself to the job, company and interviewer. You’ll even receive tips on visual perception and image, as well as how to calm those pre-interview nerves.

The course also includes invaluable advice on how to write a CV that stands out from the crowd. Plus, there’s a practical session on how to respond to competency-based interview questions. It doesn’t matter if you are a school-leaver or a managing director, this course will help you to present your skills and experience with confidence.
