The secret to Quinnen Williams’ combine success? Oreos, apparently

Quinnen Williams — the defensive tackle out of Alabama who stands at 6-foot-3 and 303 pounds — had one of the best NFL combines last week, running a blistering 4.83 40-yard dash, the fourth fastest 300-pounder 40 run since 2003 per NFL.com.

By the way, the other fun fact about Williams: His first run was 4.87 and his agent Nicole Lynn told him not to dash a second time. But he did it anyway and shaved off 0.04 seconds. Amazing.
