Being stuck inside for much of the past five months, it's understandable that people's minds may have wandered onto the thought of their dream home.
For many, that might mean taking their first step on the property ladder.
And Newport is a popular choice. According to the Welsh Government, Newport's population is actually the fastest growing of any city in Wales - with property experts saying the boom could be largely due to the scrapping of the Severn Bridge tolls in 2018.
This growth in population is also matched by an increase in house prices.
"If you look at the prices in Newport since they announced the tolls on the bridge coming off, prices have gone up," said James Crook of Crook & Blight estate agents.
According to RightMove, the average price of a Newport home right now is £145,000 - up 12% from 2017, and below the Welsh average of £191,000 (according to Zoopla).
But what does that mean for first-time buyers?
