The Ryan Line is returning to 2FM this morning with a one-off special show in memory of late broadcaster Gerry Ryan.
Gerry's eldest daughter Lottie Ryan will introduce the show in tribute to her father this morning as the station marks its 40th birthday.
Making the announcement, a 2FM spokesperson said: "Gerry's back ......the Ryan Line is open. ...1850-715 -922.
"His daughter Lottie Ryan will introduce the one-off, hour-long special presented by her father, the late Gerry Ryan."
The programme will use archive clips from Gerry's lengthy radio career to create the show.
The late broadcaster is credited with much of 2FM's success, having worked for the station since 1988 until his death in 2010.
The Ryan Line special will air on 2FM between 9am and 10am this morning.
