Boris Johnson has confirmed that the planned lockdown easing is set to go ahead on July 19.
Government chiefs say 'Step Four' of England’s roadmap out of lockdown is confirmed and have outlined new freedoms concerning social contact, mass events and working with other people.
An official spokesman for the Prime Minister, concerning Step 4, said: "We will move from legal restrictions on our day-to-day lives, and advise people how to manage the risks in order to protect themselves and others."

The Prime Minister now believes the link between cases and deaths has been “severely weakened but not broken”, his spokesman added.
Here are how the rules will change on July 19, if easing goes ahead as planned.
Social contact
There will no longer be limits on social contact and the rule of six indoors and rule of 30 outdoors - which limited gatherings by law - will both be axed.
The 30-person limit that remained on some “life events” such as bar mitzvahs and christenings will be scrapped.
Nightclubs and mas events
All remaining businesses will be able to reopen including nightclubs.
Capacity caps will be lifted, including on mass events.
Social distancing
The one metre plus rule will be scrapped except in specific places - such as at the borders in airports, or if you test positive and are on your way to self-isolation.
Working from home
The government will no longer instruct people to work from home.
However, officials are stopping short of encouraging a return to the office, saying it is a decision for employers.
People will have a clear legal right to work from home if they’re not comfortable with mask rules in their workplace.
It's understood the government is not introducing any extra employment rights as part of this change.
