The renovation project and £1m mansion that are among the most-viewed homes in Wales

While some analysts believe the property market might be slowing somewhat due to the rise in the cost of living, scrolling through property websites remains a popular past time for many - even if you're not actively looking for a new home. And the top 10 Welsh homes viewed on Zoopla in July 2022 include a wide range of unique properties.

From a million pound mansion to a DIY project, the most viewed homes last month reflected a huge range of taste and interest, whether you're looking for a family home or a challenge on your hands. Two renovation projects have appeared in the most viewed properties on the website for last month - with one being priced at £80,000.

Alongside those homes that are 'move in ready' are some truly unique properties. One of these dream properties includes a Canadian lodge house, with an abundance of wood used throughout the home that has a balcony, veranda, and a terrace for you to enjoy views over the picturesque countryside.

1. Bryn, Llanelli: £620,000
