The Redskins won’t decide who is the starting QB just yet

Bill Callahan spoke to the media on Monday afternoon, and he revealed that he is going to wait another week to decide who the starting quarterback will be going forward.

With the Washington Redskins entering a bye week now, coming off of a 24-9 loss in which they once again failed to score a touchdown, it seems like a perfect time for rookie QB Dwayne Haskins to receive a vote of confidence from his team, declaring him the starter so that he can get some repetition and experience throughout the rest of the season.

Instead, Callahan and the Redskins are still trying to make the best decision to win football games right now, though it likely won’t gain them anything in the long term.

We will have to wait until next week as Washington starts preparation for the New York Jets to find out who will be starting under center.
