Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt called time on their marriage in 2016 and since then, there hasn't been another man in her life.
While Hollywood hunk Brad has been rumoured to have dated a number of different stars since the split, Angelina has kept romance to a minimum but there is a good reason for this.
She hasn't dated since divorcing Brad and sources close to the actress have indicated that she has no plans of starting any time soon looking for another partner.
According to a report in Hollywood Life, Angelina is embracing a new upturn in her acting work and is also taking time to focus on family matters.
There were rumours that Angelina was still 'pining for Pitt' and this could be a reason why she is 'dragging out' the divorce proceedings, just in case there is an eleventh hour reconcilliation.
This has been denied by a source, who told Hollywood Life: "Angelina is very fulfilled right now with her work and her kids, she isn’t dating anyone and that is by choice."
The source continued to say: "She’s very happy again and doesn’t feel that a romantic relationship is something she needs in her life to feel complete or happy.
"It’s not about her not being able to move on for Brad, he has nothing to do with her decision not to date, she just really has no interest right now.
"That could change of course, but right now her focus is solely on her work and her kids, her plate is very full.”
Angelina is currently balancing her movie roles with a stint as an editor at Time Magazine and working with the United Nations.
It hasn't been ruled out that though, "if she meets someone and she feels that spark and feels drawn to get to know them further then she’ll explore that."
This is thought to echo how her relationship with Brad started as they seemingly went from meeting to being a full-on coupling in no time at all.
The source finished by saying: "Until that happens she is more than happy to be single.”
