Kylie Jenner has had an eventful year when it comes to relationships. After her best friend, Jordyn Woods, admitted to kissing her sister’s boyfriend, she all but excommunicated her longtime travel companion and close pal - and now, she’s made their split Instagram official.
In February, Jordyn Woods was spotted kissing Tristan Thompson, who was in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian at the time. Woods admitted that Thompson kissed her during a Red Table Talk interview, but maintained that nothing else happened.
While many thought the two would reconcile after years of friendship, that now looks more unlikely than ever. Particularly since Jenner seems to be spending most of her time with Anastasia Karanikolaou, better known as Stassie Baby to her 5.4 million followers.
Now Jenner has unfollowed Woods on Instagram. A source told People what was behind the move, explaining that “Unfollowing her on Instagram, was kind of the last step to break away from Jordyn.” Everyone who has ever unfollowed a former friend knows that's the final goodbye.
“Kylie just felt that Jordyn was really popping up in annoying situations, where she shouldn’t be... it was starting to bug Kylie.” One annoying situation just might be the recent footage of Woods dancing in front of another one of Khloe Kardashian’s ex-boyfriends, James Harden.
“They have obviously not had a good friendship for months, but it seems Kylie never wanted to rush it and completely break away from Jordyn,” the source continued.
But the source believes Woods isn’t quite as over their years of friendship - or at least the glamorous lifestyle a friendship with the billionaire entailed, adding that “Jordyn is very much trying to hang onto the world that she shared with Kylie.”
Woods recently opened up about the friendship, saying, “I love her. That's my homie. I hope everything falls into place and that we can all grow and build our relationships with our family and God and come back together one day and be stronger and happier.”
Still, reportedly “Kylie is just over it” and wants “to live as drama free as possible.
