The rearranged time of Millwall's penultimate Championship fixture against Stoke City

Millwall's penultimate game of the season against Stoke City has been brought forward.

The decision was made following a safety advisory group meeting in the decision was made to change the kick-off time of the fixture.

The clash at The Den had originally been scheduled for 3pm on Saturday April 27.

However following the meeting it has been decided that the game will now kick off at the earlier time of 1.30pm.

The date of the fixture remains unchanged.

It could be a huge day in south London as the Lions look to stave off the threat of relegation.

As things stand, Neil Harris' side sit just one point above the drop zone - leaving them with plenty of work to do between now and the end of the season.

While the hope will be to have their Championship status secured by the end of April, it may be the case that there's a nervy atmosphere in Bermondsey when the Potters come to town.
