'I wasn't particularly bothered about graduation and also didn't have the money or the time so my friend and I did our own version. Afterwards we got drunk in the flat. It was lovely. Accounts from the real thing suggest I didn't miss too much, especially if you're not into all that ceremony-type stuff. Obviously if you are, it's probably worth it.'
