Rangers stars Scott Arfield and Andy Halliday have been picked out as top mentors for the Ibrox stars of the future.
The midfielders were praised by academy coaches David McCallum and Kevin Thomson during a Q&A session with Rangers fans.
Supporters were given a glimpse behind the scenes as the club works to produce the stars of the future, with Halliday and Arfield among the current team going the extra mile for their club.
Lewis Aird asked the coaches: "Who’s your favourite first team player?"

Technical Coordinator McCallum praised Canadian internationalist Arfield, not just for his presence on the pitch but his influence off it, while Rangers diehard Halliday also received a pat on the back.
He said: "I like Scott Arfield . Not just for the way he plays but how he acts around the building and looks after the young players."
" Andy Halliday is like that as well.
"They always look after our young boys. Just look at how many first team players came to watch us in the Youth Cup Final.

Former Rangers star Thomson opted for Steven Davis, settling back in to a groove in his second spell at Ibrox.
Speaking of his former team-mate, Thomson said: "He has quality and that bit of class, a top top player.
"But the one that excites me the most is Ryan Kent.
"He is so positive and aggressive with the ball. He can make things happen at the flip of a coin.
"Plus he is young and he can only get better."
