The Queen has publically sent birthday wishes to Meghan Markle as she turns 40.
The Duchess of Sussex is likely to keep her celebrations low-key after she and Prince Harry welcomed their daughter, baby Lili, in June.
Lilibet, who is a little sister for their son Archie, was born exactly two months ago on June 4 after the duchess experienced the heartbreak of a miscarriage a few weeks before her 39th birthday last year.

On Wednesday, the Royal Family acknowledged Meghan's milestone birthday on social media.
A tweet from The Queen's official royal family account read: "Wishing The Duchess of Sussex a very Happy Birthday today," alongside images of her with the Queen, Prince Harry and son Archie.
And followers have been quick to respond to the post.
"Honourable as ever - Our Queen," tweeted one.
Another simply said: "Touch of class."
A tweet from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's account also read: "Wishing a happy 40th birthday to The Duchess of Sussex," alongside an image of Meghan on a beach during royal duties.
The Sussexes are now living a new life in the celebrity enclave of Montecito in California after their decision to step down as senior royals for personal and financial freedom early last year.
The couple have seen bought a multimillion-pound home and launched a non-profit foundation, as well as signed lucrative deals – thought to be worth well over £100m – with Spotify and Netflix.
