The Queen pictured for first time since crisis talks at Sandringham with Prince Harry

The Queen has been spotted for the first time since the historic summit to discuss the future of Prince Harry's role in the Royal family .

Her Majesty was seen wrapped up warm as she drove herself back to her home on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk after attending a nearby shoot this afternoon.

She did not appear to be wearing a seatbelt as she drove along a public road in her Range Rover.

The Queen was wearing a green winter jacket and had her hood up over a head scarf to keep warm after spending time outside in the bitter cold.

She was also wearing glasses and red lipstick.

She has not been seen since Monday's meeting with Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince Harry to find a solution to the Sussex crisis.

After the meeting the Queen released a statement saying they had agreed on a "period of transition" for Harry and Meghan.

Today Her Majesty showed it was business as usual as she continued to make the most of her winter stay at Sandringham.

She usually stays at the Royal Estate until February 6, which is the anniversary of her father King George VI's death.

Last night the Mirror exclusively reported how Harry and Meghan's exit plans had stalled on their ability to strike big-money deals.

A source said their breakaway bid “will take up to six months to get over the line” as the couple look to make commercial deals worth millions.

Buckingham Palace is poised to make another announcement charting progress in discussions over Meghan and Harry's futures.

However insiders have told the Mirror there are still major stumbling blocks to be overcome.

Harry remains in the UK while Meghan and the couple's eight-month-old son Archie are already in Canada.

The Duke yesterday made his first public engagement since the couple's bombshell announcement.

He launched the draw for next year’s Rugby League World Cup at Buckingham Palace.

A video of his final royal outing played a Stone Roses song featuring the line: “I’d like to leave the country for a month of Sundays.”

Reports today claimed Meghan may never return to the UK again , as staff at the couple's Frogmore Cottage home in Windsor have been shifted to other jobs within the royal family.

Meghan and Harry's joint statement had earlier stated they intended to live at the cottage while they made the transition to their new life.

The claim to the cottage has proved controversial, as taxpayers forked out £2.4 million to renovate the cottage just before Archie was born last year.

Some suggested they should pay the public back for the works.
