The Pussycat Dolls 'close to signing new management deal ahead of new music in 2021'

The Pussycat Dolls are reportedly gearing up to sign the dotted line for a new management deal.

The girlband - consisting of Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Carmit Bachar, and Jessica Sutta - enjoyed a glittering comeback last year with their hit song Reach.

With the coronavirus pandemic putting a damper on their plans of a worldwide tour, it seems as though the hitmakers are plotting to release new tracks to highlight their return to the music scene.

The girlband have reportedly peaked the interest of Madonna and Britney Spears' management company, Maverick, as well as being in talks with other big firms, reports The Sun.

"The pandemic has hampered plans for The Pussycat Dolls but as far as they are concerned, they're all raring to get going as soon as it's safe to do so," a source told the publication.

"This new team is great news for them and they've got a handful of songs which they are plotting to release when they can all safely get together again."

"With half of the group in the UK and half in the US, it is tricky, but they are determined to release some singles in 2021," the source adds.

The insider claimed that lead girl Nicole is tunnel-visioned on getting the girlband back to the top of the charts amid reports of her thinking about going solo again.

Nicole has reportedly used her time in lockdown to write a song called Anti-Party Anthem, however she later decided to shelve it.

“All her focus is on The Pussycat Dolls at the moment," the source added.

The Mirror has contacted The Pussycat Dolls' reps for comment.
