With many areas under Tier 4 restrictions, the January sales don't have quite the same buzz as they usually do.
In high risk towns and cities, none essential stores have been ordered to close, meaning plenty of people have turned their attention to online shopping.
As Aldi is an essential stores its branches are still open, but there are a few bargains that you can only find on its website.
One of which, is this plush blue velvet chair on sale for £59.99.
According to the product description, the chair will “add a touch of glamour to your home”, the Liverpool Echo reports.
The Kirkton House chair has already received almost 50 five star reviews, with many praising it for looking more expensive than its £60 price tag.
On Aldi’s website , one shopper wrote: “Beautiful chair, excellent value. Looks and feels a lot more expensive than it was.”
Another said: “Looks expensive and looks lovely in the lounge. Gorgeous colour”.
A third pleased shopper added: “My velvet chair is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable. The blue colour is gorgeous and it looks very high quality. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely buy again.”
