The players linked with an Arsenal transfer today including £28.7m winger and wonderkid exit

This summer's transfer window is shaping up to be a roller-coaster ride for Arsenal supporters.

What's for certain is that Unai Emery must address many areas within his squad if the Gunners are to seal a return to the Champions League for the 2020/2021 campaign, but with a reported £45m budget that task has been made all the more difficult.

Although that hasn't stopped the north London outfit constantly being in the rumour mill.

Here's the latest gossip doing the rounds on Friday.

Lucas Vazquez

Who? Real Madrid winger who is once again being linked with a move to the Gunners as Unai Emery looks to boost his options out wide ahead of the new season.

Where? AS claim the Gunners have entered talks with Los Blancos for Vazquez and are ready to pay an initial £28.7m, with a further £2.7m in add-ons attached to the deal.

What? With a limited transfer budget, the prospect of a permanent deal for the Spaniard seems unilkely. Although a loan would appeal to the Gunners.

Walter Kannemann

Who? 28-year-old defender currently playing for Gremio in Brazil and has been tipped to solve Arsenal's defensive issues.

Where? According to the Mirror, Arsenal are in discussions with Gremio over the availability of Kannemann.

What? This is a link which has resurfaced from earlier in the summer, so could be one to keep an eye on.

Yacine Brahimi

Who? Algeria winger who netted 13 times across all competitions for Porto last season and is now a free agent after deciding against signing a new contract.

Where? The Gunners could face competition for Brahimi's signature from AS Roma, but only if the Serie A side manage to offload Stephan El Shaarawy to China, according to Corriere dello Sport.

What? Amid links to Wilfried Zaha, Ryan Fraser and Yannick Carrasco, Brahimi very much seems like a fall-back option for Arsenal and Emery.

Yunus Musah

Who? Considered the standout prospect of the 2002/03 generation in the Arsenal Academy and played a significant role in the Under-18s winning the Premier League this season.

Where? Reports in Spain claim Musah is attracting interest from Valencia.
