The players linked with a Spurs transfer today including €50m keeper and fresh Eriksen twist

It's transfer season and Tottenham Hotspur are expected to sign a first-team player for the first time since January 2018.

Having finished fourth and reached a Champions League final in his fifth year as manager, Mauricio Pochettino will be looking to bolster his squad in the aim of bringing a trophy back to the new Tottenham stadium next term.

Plenty players have already been linked with a move to Spurs, so here are the latest rumours and reports doing the rounds on Monday.

Thomas Strakosha

Who? Lazio goalkeeper on the radar of Spurs this summer as they seek a replacement for Michel Vorm.

Where? IlMessaggero claim the Spurs have to part company with €50m to persuade Lazio's president Claudio Lotito into selling the Albanian.

What? That's a lot of money for a keeper who would effectively be third-choice behind Hugo Lloris and Paulo Gazzaniga.

Jack Clarke

Who? Leeds United winger who impressed in their run to the Championship play-off semi-final in the season just gone.

Where? The Daily Mail claim Leeds are expecting a £12m bid from Tottenham for Clarke.

What? At £12m this could be one to keep an eye on, although Spurs' first-choice target on the flanks is Ryan Sessegnon.

Bruno Fernandes

Who? A 24-year-old attacking midfielder who plays for Sporting CP and recently enjoyed UEFA Nations League success with Portugal.

Where? Record - via Sport Witness - claim Spurs are ‘very close to securing the signing’, after movement on a deal earlier this week.

What? This could all be a ploy to force Manchester United's hand as Spurs seem occupied with securing a deal for Tanguy Ndombele.

Giovani Lo Celso

Who? The Argentine midfielder who has been heavily linked to Spurs in the past week having impressed in Spain for Real Betis in the season just gone.

Where? As reported by our sister site MEN Sport a couple of weeks ago, the Lilywhites launched a €60million (£52.8m) bid for the 23-year-old but that offer was rejected by the La Liga side.

What? The Daily Mirror claim Spurs will break their transfer record to land Lo Celso.

Christian Eriksen

Who? Spurs midfielder who recently said he's open to a new challenge.

Where? Via Eurosport, it's been claimed that Real Madrid have dropped their interest in Eriksen, opting to pursue a £150m deal for Manchester United star Paul Pogba.

What? As reported by football.london, it's not crazy to think Eriksen won't sign a new deal with Spurs.
