There are still some bargains to be had in Bristol despite the housing crisis, the latest stats on home sales suggest.
In January – the same month that a house in Sneyd Park went for more than £1.5million – one buyer was able to nab a city centre flat for just over £100,000.
And it wasn't just flats sold for low prices, with houses in Brislington, Bishopsworth and St George all going for well under £200,000.
Here are Bristol's 10 least expensive residential properties for January, according to Land Registry data.
1) Flat 6, Crusader House, 12, St Stephens Street, Bristol city centre, a flat, sold for £102,500 on January 10.
2) 20 Burnell Drive, St Pauls, a flat, sold for £119,000 on January 6 (this sale may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession).
3) 109 Wyndham Crescent, Brislington, a semi-detached house, sold for £120,000 on January 20.
4) 23 Beaufort Heights, St George, a flat, sold for £139,330 on January 3.
5) 12 Fulford Walk, Bishopsworth, a semi-detached house, sold for £140,000 on January 13.
6) 6 Edington Grove, Henbury, a semi-detached house, sold for £142,000 on January 10.
7) 41 College Court, Glaisdale Road, Fishponds, a flat, sold for £145,000 on January 22.
