Chelsea are among the clubs interested in signing Erling Haaland this summer.
The Norwegian hitman is one of the most wanted strikers in world football and will have plenty of suitors when the summer transfer window opens.
However, if reports are to be believed, Chelsea may not be in with a shout of signing him this summer, after it emerged that he only wants to move to a "top club" and that the Blues were not regarded as one of those.
That is purely speculation, however, and Roman Abramovich, Marina Granovskaia and the Blues will be keen to try and tempt him to Stamford Bridge this summer.
Haaland is thought to be the number one transfer priority this summer, but the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid are also in the running for his signature.
And a Barcelona transfer decision could have an impact on Chelsea's ability to tempt Haaland to west London.
Not only that, but Lionel Messi could play a huge role too.
According to Mundo Deportivo, new Barcelona president Joan Laporta is keen to sign Sergio Aguero this summer. Aguero and David Alaba are two players coming to the ends of their contracts that Laporta wants to convince to sign for the Catalan giants.
Aguero is reportedly interested in the move, but Barcelona have another thing in their favour when it comes to signing the City striker - Messi.
The two countrymen are good friends and the superstar frontman would no doubt be in Aguero's ear convincing him to make the move to the Camp Nou.
And if Aguero were to move to Barcelona from Manchester City, that could lead City to go all out and gazump Chelsea in the transfer market with a big-money offer for Haaland.
City have the financial clout to get a deal done ahead of Chelsea and, if Aguero were to leave, they would be desperate for a replacement and who better than Haaland?
