There’s nothing worse than feeling ill over Christmas and New Year.
But a number of pharmacies will be remaining open on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day across the Bristol area for those needing to access help.
Pharmacists provide confidential, expert advice and treatment for a range of common conditions and will be able to help patients decide whether they need to see a GP or other health service.
No appointment is needed and many have separate consulting rooms for completely confidential advice.
Many also offer free emergency contraception including the morning after pill.
