In what has been an unorthodox season for the Patriots, the organization can still make the playoffs. However, there are going to need a lot of help to do it.
The Patriots currently have a 2% chance of making the playoffs, and need to win their final three games in order for it to happen.
In addition to that, there are several other scenarios that need to happen. The Patriots need Cleveland to lose its final three games, the Colts or Titans to lose their final three games, and the Dolphins to lose at least two of their final three games. As if that wasn’t enough, they also need the Raiders to lose at least one of his final three games.
The Patriots certainly need a lot to happen in order to make the playoffs, and it mostly stems from things that are out of their control. Right now, New England just needs to take care of business of their own, as they face Miami on Sunday.
In what has been a crazy year in general, this scenario is nothing short of that.
