Melbourne indie rockers The Paper Kites are touring the nation following the release of their second studio album, twelvefour. The album was inspired by the idea that an artist’s creative peak is between the hours of midnight and 4am.
Sam Bentley, the band’s vocalist, spent two sleepless months penning 30 songs in his home studio between the hours of 12 and 4. Only ten made the cut for the album.
