The Paddy Raff Show set to air in two weeks

Comedian Paddy Raff has said that the first episode of his new TV show will air in two weeks time, on Friday July 10.

The Paddy Raff Show will see the NI man performing a variety of skits, under the guise of his various characters, such as Nigel, Fr Pat and Granny Raff.

The news comes after we reported that BBC NI have commissioned a range of new TV programmes based in Northern Ireland.

Paddy Raff's is set to be one of the most anticipated. The comedian has taken the comedy scene by storm in the past year, and has become something of an online sensation during lockdown, with his videos often going viral and providing light relief during a difficult time.

Paddy Raff recently announced that he'd be performing a third show at the SSE Arena Belfast next year.

Commenting on the news today, Paddy Raff said: "I’m proud to announce that my debut TV pilot ‘The Paddy Raff Show’ will be broadcast on BBC1 NI in 2 weeks time on Friday 10th July @ 9:30pm

"It’s a 30min comedy sketch show featuring me and my own observational skits as well as appearances from Nigel, Fr Pat and even Granny Raff following her makeover!

"Can’t wait for you all to see it!
"Pure buzzin,
Paddy"
