Granit Xhaka was once again missing from the Arsenal squad for the trip to Leicester City on Saturday.
Xhaka has not been involved since his fiery exchange with the Arsenal supporters when he was substituted during the draw with Crystal Palace last month.
The Swiss international was booed by his own fans and reacted angrily, throwing his arms up in the air, calling for more, before cupping his ear to them and pulling his shirt off before heading straight down the tunnel.
Xhaka was stripped of the captain's armband by head coach Unai Emery as a result, and he is set for an uncertain Arsenal future.
Emery has decided not to use him at all since that moment, although the Gunners have failed to win any of their four games without him in any competition.
Will he be able to come back into the team and win the fans over?
He was a much-maligned figure even before that incident, but Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp believes there is a way he can get the Arsenal fans back onside - by working his socks off.
Redknapp said after the defeat to Leicester: "A lot's been said about Granit Xhaka and he's probably watched that game and thought 'what's next for me?'
"I got stick at times at Liverpool and the only thing you can do is get back on the pitch and prove everyone wrong - go on that pitch and show you want to play, make tackles, although it's probably the opposite for him, her perhaps shouldn't do that!
"If he came back into the Arsenal team, put himself about and showed he wanted to play, you can soon turn it around, I don't think you can afford to have players on big money in out of the team."
