She's a brilliant mam-of-three now, but at one time Ammanford's Alex Jones was as much of a Halloween cutie as her own children were this past weekend.
On Halloween, 44-year-old Alex shared a lovely throwback picture of herself and younger sister, Jen, which she says was taken around 1989, when the spooky season wasn't quite as slick as it is now.

While Alex is decked out in the classic black bag, witch's hat and scary mask, as well as what looks like a homemade knitted shawl, sister Jen kept it light with normal clothes and a red Little Miss handbag.
The One Show host, who is currently on maternity leave after having daughter Annie in August, wrote: "Happy Halloween! This was me and Jen circa ‘89 when binbags were what you wore and swedes were what you carved. Jen had obviously opted out and gone for her favourite little miss handbag."
Alex also shared some Halloween fun in her own Instagram stories of her three children with husband Charlie - Kit, Teddy and Annie - this weekend, decked out as a pumpkin, a vampire and baby Annie was a witch - definitely spellbinding.

The holiday came just days after the presenter shared the news she was making another documentary about fertility. Back in 2016 she fronted Fertility & Me, which charted her fertility journey before she had her three children. This time the documentary will be on digital channel, W.
