We are used to seeing Alex Jones on our screens throughout the week. The Welsh presenter, who hails from Ammanford, presents The One Show alongside co-hosts Ronan Keating and Jermaine Jenas.
The mum-of-three sits down on the famous green sofa with an array of guests from the television and showbiz world Monday through to Friday, Alex also often shares her outfits of the evening with her followers on Instagram.
However, in her latest post, Alex shared her backstage antics as she poked fun at herself and her colleague Ronan. Sharing a glimpse at the studio while off-air, the 45-year-old referred to herself as a "grandma" as she tried to teach Ronan how to use Instagram Reels.

In the comical clip, the pair could be seen cracking up and laughing as Ronan called Alex his "granny" as she explained: "Then, you click, click, click," before bursting into giggles.
Sharing the video, which was filmed by a studio team member, Alex wrote: "Grandma Jones caught on camera by @dame_dinky trying to reach grandpa Keating how to make a reel @rokeating."
Commenting on the clip, Gabby Logan wrote: "This is so funny," while Angela Scanlon responded with a string of laughing emojis.
