Odsonne Edouard says the unbelievable pressure of playing for Celtic stands him in good stead for big games at Crystal Palace.
The former Hoops hitman is gearing up for the Eagles to face off with rivals Brighton as Palace face the task of overcoming five games without a win in the English Premier League. Edouard was a smash hit at Parkhead scoring nearly 90 goals across 180 appearances in green and white. The Frenchman also snatched a treble treble in his time in Glasgow before making the switch to London in 2021.
The 25-year-old has been urged to show what he can do for Patrick Viera's men after just a handful of cameos in his previous few games and no goals since an FA Cup strike in January against a Southampton side that eventually progressed. Yet the forward believes he's no stranger to pressure due to his big game experience at the Hoops.

He told the club's website: "We feel more pressure in this game, because it is a game you can’t lose. You can do what you want, but you cannot lose.
"That is the pressure. I like this pressure. I had to deal with this pressure at Celtic, but it is good because you give more.
“I know what this (kind of game) means for the fans. We have to give everything in this game – to be at 100 per cent, or more like 200 or 300 per cent to try to win this game.
"We have to try to win this game for the fans. The derby is so big because the rivalry is from a long time ago. There is a different atmosphere around the derby.”
