Anthony Knockaert could make his Nottingham Forest debut against Rotherham United tonight.
The winger returned to the East Midlands after signing on loan for the Reds from Fulham on deadline day.
Knockaert has moved to the City Ground in search of game time, having failed to make a Premier League appearance this season, and arrives with a reputation as a top Championship player.
The 28-year-old has won promotion from the division with three different clubs. Firstly with Leicester City, then Brighton and Hove Albion, before a successful play-off campaign with Fulham last season.
Knockaert has only had a few training sessions with his new teammates, and it still remains to be seen if he will make his debut against the Millers, but Hughton has talked of his excitement of being able to bring him to the club.
"I'm really looking forward to him coming in. Most people know what he'll give us with the type of quality he's got,” he said .
"He'll add to this group. He'll give us another option.
"With the amount of games we have, he's a really good option. He wants to play and be involved in games, which is a good sign."
Fans on social media have been speculating about what squad number Knockaert could wear when he does make his Forest debut.
Here are the shirt numbers available to him.
