The Nottingham Forest pictures which have got fans excited

Nottingham Forest fans got their first glimpses of their new arrivals in training as the Reds returned to training today.

Midfielder Jack Colback, defender Tyler Blackett and striker Lyle Taylor were all involved as the club began their preparations for the new Championship season.

Hopes are high the Reds can go one better than they did last term when their bid for Premier League football ended in heartbreak on the final day when they missed out on the play-offs.

But the Reds have strengthened their squad with some impressive signings and more are expected before the transfer window closes.

The club posted pictures of the newboys in training and fans were quick to show their excitement at seeing them in action.

One said: "Finally, some sauce."

And under a pic of Lyle Taylor another commented on Twitter: "Why is he such a GOAT (Greatest of All Time).

One supporter was delighted to see Colback in Forest training gear as he said: "My Ginger Prince".

Forest will find out one of their first opponents of the new season on Tuesday morning when the Carabao Cup draw is made at 10am.

The draw is being made live on Sky Sports and games will be played on the weekend of September 5/6.
