The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service is recruiting paramedics who want to join up within the next 12 months.
The service is seeking qualified HCPC-registered paramedics willing to join the waiting list for future Clinical Support Desk Paramedic vacancies.
These professionals will make an assessments of the health and clinical needs of patients during phone calls from Ambulance Control.

The expected posts will need to be filled by experienced paramedics who will be responsible for ensuring “hear and treat” services which are provided through a Clinical Support Desk.
The recruitment drive is intended to create a waiting list for a 12 month period for any full-time, part-time, temporary and permanent positions.
This work will intended to help services to be delivered safely, consistently and to high standards.
And candidates will be expected to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care through the continuous achievement of clinical standards.
The CSD Paramedics will carry out by phone, an assessment of the health and clinical needs of patients, utilising their professional judgement.
