With news that Wales will have to adjust to new lockdown rules from Monday, people will be able to travel to exercise if they fancy a change to their routine.
The Welsh Government is due to announce an easing of coronavirus lockdown rules that will enable people to travel more, even if it's not for essential journeys.
Under the new rules, people will be able to drive five miles from their home. They can only travel further if they are heading to work, to seek care or to buy essentials.
While at the start of lockdown people in Wales were only allowed out to exercise once a day for an hour, that was changed to unlimited exercise but you weren't allowed to drive to exercise.
Now, people will be able to travel within five miles of their home, whether that's for exercise or to visit friends and family while maintaining social distancing and meeting outside with one other household.
In live press briefing on Friday, First Minister Mark Drakeford is expected to say: "From Monday, people from two different households in the same local area will be able to meet up outdoors. They must continue to maintain social distancing and strict hand hygiene.
"We are also asking people to stay local – by local we mean, as a general rule, not travelling more than five miles from home to reduce the risk of coronavirus spreading as people begin to travel more. There will be exceptions – for example, travelling to work, to seek care and shopping for essentials if they aren’t available locally."
