It’s easy to look like a rebel. Just get really on it with the eyeliner. You know how to smudge it, for when you’re being sultry and sinister; you know how to flick it, for when you’re chic. But according to Chloé, now is the time to try out “tough”, with this grungy eyeliner, worn in the waterline. As a contact lens wearer, I would recommend keeping the kohl just outside, or right on the lashline. If you have perfect vision, experiment on a dry-ish waterline. And congratulations on the sight. Kudos.
