The NCAA got roasted for using the wrong state in a graphic after Loyola’s win over Illinois

Loyola and Sister Jean (who had a great pre-game prayer) did it again Sunday as they upset No. 1 seed Illinois, 71-58, to advance to the Sweet 16 for the first time since they went to the Final Four back in 2018.

Sunday’s game was a battle between two schools that are located in the state of Illinois. After the game the NCAA, which has had an embarrassing week thanks to its stunningly unequal treatment of the teams in the women’s tournament, celebrated Loyola Chicago’s victory over Illinois with a graphic on Twitter that showed the state of… Indiana.
